All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. A shipment email with a tracking number and link will be sent once the order leaves our location. Estimated Delivery Times: Canada and United States Standard Shipping 3-5 business days (weekends and holidays are considered non-business days) Orders placed after 8:00PM ET will be processed the next business day.
 

We ensure every order is packed carefully and verified before shipping. Once the order leaves our location it is handled by third-party couriers. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please email palestinebakeshop@hotmail.com with a photo of the contents received. While we cant refund items, we do log every report and use your feedback to improve our shipping method.
